On august 1st I got married and it was an awesome day. Because this wasn’t our first wedding, we wanted to have a nice atmosphere with a lot of fun.
Preperation
I propose to my wife in style. It was in Las Vegas at a chapel. Of course with the real Elvis singing for us and me on my knees in the pink Cadillac.
As you could see on the picture, we do have some different clothes on and in this style we wanted to have our wedding. Some kind of Vegas Style. 😉
Now we had to find a good date for the wedding. After some thoughts I came with the date aug 1st 2018. In european style it’s : 1-8-18, so it’s easy to remember for me. After all I am a man. 🙂
When we had the date, we must make sure that everything was able to have time off to help during the wedding. My wife is working at a township, which made it easier to choose the right persons for our wedding. We wanted to have a fun wedding which would be different than all other standard weddings. They said that the location of the wedding could be ‘t Regthuis, which is a very cosy building.
The location we picked after viewing a few location for the food and party was De Roode Leeuw.
Bruidsfotografie Breda was the photographer and Mikey 2 much was one of the 3 singers during the evening.
The Wedding
After the minister wed us, we got a visit of Sinterklaas ! He was in the neighborhood and want to congratz us.

Food
We wanted to have some American Style food, so we choose for a Hamburger (Buisburger)
The nice part of this burger is that is was an “invention” of our waiter and he did get a lot of compliments !
With some ice cream as finisher.
The cake was one with a picture of us with the text (Translated) : Everybody is crazy except weeee…
Party !
After the food there was the party with Mikey 2 much as the main singer. He was awesome.
Even someone with a CCIE certificate can have Phun !
