A couple of years ago, they found out I had diabetes. There are several ways to control it and the easiest way it to have food with not a big amount of carbs. Here is an awesome ice cream recipe which my wife is making for me on a regular basis. (Lucky Me!)
Some call it Keto Ice Cream. I just really enjoy it. It’s better than the ice cream at the shops.
Here are the four ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups Whipping Cream
- Vanilla flavor or something like chocolate powder
- 5 oz Sweetener like Truvia
Start with separating the yolk from the egg white.
Beat the yolk with the sweetener.
Whip the cream stiff and mix the yolk with it.
Beat the eggwhite and mix everything together with a spoon. don’t use a mixer.
Here is the result and a bit of vanilla flavor is also added. Chocolate powder is also very tasteful.
Now you can put it in a storage container.
Here is the result if you don’t use vanilla flavor, but chocolate. Very Very tasteful!!!
After a couple of hours, you can eat the end result. Very creamy and tasteful. The best part is: Almost no carbs!
